What colours are available?PuzzleBall™ comes in Red and Green. Both have the same size, design and features. Choose your colour from the options above.

What size is it?It measures 15.5 × 8.75 cm and works best for small and medium dogs.

What can I put inside?Dry kibble and small hard treats that fit through the openings. Avoid wet food and sticky treats.

Are treats included?No. The toy is sold empty, so you can fill it with your dog's usual kibble or treats.

Does it need batteries?No. It is a manual puzzle toy, with no batteries or charging.

Is it safe for my dog?It is made of hard plastic. Always supervise play, and stop using it if it is cracked or damaged. It is not designed for heavy chewers.

Will it damage my floors or furniture?It is a hard toy and can be noisy on hard floors. We recommend using it on carpet or rugs, away from furniture.

How do I clean it?Open the toy, wash with warm soapy water, rinse and dry fully before the next use.

How long does delivery take?Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered in 9–12 working days after dispatch, with tracking. Delivery is free.
