If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected.

How to return an item
Email info@petzi.online with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@petzi.online with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
